We understand that errors can happen. If you have received a product different from the one you ordered (incorrect size, model, or jersey):
Solution: We are committed to sending the correct product as requested in your original order, at no additional cost.
Returning the Incorrect Product: For your convenience, it is not necessary to return the product you received by mistake.
Timeframe: Please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order to report the incident.
We know that choosing the right size or version can be tricky. If you wish to make a change for a different size or version than the one you ordered:
Exchange Management: We offer the option to manage a product exchange.
Handling Fee: This service has a handling and reshipment fee of $250 MXN.
Conditions: The exchange will only be applicable if the product to be exchanged is in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed, and with its original tags.
Due to the nature of our products, our return policy is as follows:
No returns or refunds will be accepted for reasons of personal taste, buyer's remorse, or if the customer simply "no longer wants it."
No free returns or exchanges will be made for errors in size selection by the customer at the time of purchase (for this, the policy in Point 2 applies).
The only exceptions for a no-cost replacement are stipulated in Point 1 (Shipping Errors).

Information: Include your order number, a clear description of the problem, and (in case of our error) photographs of the incorrect product you received.
Instructions: Our team will review your case and provide you with instructions on how to proceed, whether for the reshipment of a new product or for the management of the exchange with a fee.
